This KNF Neuberger compact, two stage, double-head, oil-free diaphragm dry pump, model N938.50 KN.18, has a flow capacity of 32 l/min. and an ultimate vacuum of 9 Torr (12 mBar). The inlet and outlet are barbed connectors for 10mm ID tubing. The pump is operated on 115 VAC single phase power and weighs just 15.2 lb.
