Pfeiffer HiPace 1200 Turbo Pump with TC 1200 Drive Unit ISO-F 200 Inlet Flange 1300 l/s Pumping Speed Water-Cooled. Pfeiffer Part Number: PM P06 001. Pfeiffer HiPace 1200 turbomolecular high-vacuum pumps with an ISO-F 200 inlet flange have a pumping speed of 1300 liters per second (l/s), and an ultimate pressure of 7.5 x 10-8 Torr. This Pfeiffer HiPace 1200 pump comes with an integrated TC 1200 drive unit mounted underneath the pump and has an ISO KF-40 exhaust foreline flange. The pump can be mounted from vertical (high-vacuum flange on top) to 90° (horizontal). Input power of 100 - 120/200 - 240 VAC 50/60 at a maximum of 1300 Watts is supplied directly to the TC1200 drive unit which powers the pump. The required AC power cable (not included) is part number P1012627. This HiPace 1200 turbo pump with ISO-F 200 inlet and TC 1200 drive unit comes standard with a water-cooling kit and has Pfeiffer part number: PM P06 001. The included TC 1200 drive unit is a below-pump mounted onboard controller and power supply which includes an RS485 communication interface, a D-sub connector for remote operation, and two accessory ports (to control either a solenoid vent valve or other equipment). For Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) applications and system integration, all that is needed to start the pump is the AC input power cable along with start/stop logic. HiPace hybrid bearings are a combination of a ceramic ball bearing on the fore vacuum side and a permanent magnetic radial bearing on the high-vacuum side. This bearing technology does not require electromagnets and has an extended service life with typical maintenance intervals of approximately 4 years. In addition to enhanced performance, all HiPace turbo pumps have field serviceable oil cartridges and shaft bearings which dramatically decreases downtime. Pfeiffer HiPace pumps with a Conflat CF flange are true ultra-high vacuum (UHV) pumps with an ultimate pressure into the 10-10 Torr range (if all-metal intake seal gaskets are used and the vacuum chamber is completely cleaned and baked out). Pfeiffer OmniControl 001 Turbo Pump Display Control Unit Without Integrated Power Supply. Pfeiffer Part Number: PE D40 100 0 The Pfeiffer OmniControl 001 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate the larger Pfeiffer HiPace 1200 turbo pumps that have the integrated TC 1200 electronic drive unit. The OmniControl 001 drive unit is powered by the pump and does not have a built in power supply. The HiPace 1200 turbo pump has its own onboard 48 VDC power supply and takes direct input power of 115/230 VAC. Since it does not have its own power supply, the OmniControl 001 is very compact and has Pfeiffer part number PE D40 100 0. The OmniControl 001 can control all the main parameters of the HiPace turbo pump via a 3 meter long RS485 interface cable (part number P1012287, not included). This unit can also be used to operate and display pressure readings from Pfeiffer Active gauges if the optional Gauge/IO module is installed. This relay box can operate any single phase backing pump that has a starting current of up to 20A (the maximum relay contact load). This Pfeiffer venting valve for HiPace 300, 300C (chemical resistant), 350, 450, 700, and 800 turbo pumps with a TC 400 drive unit, and HiPace 1200 turbo pumps with a TC 1200 drive unit, screws into the G 1/8" (BSPP) vent port of the pump (sealing ring included).
