The digital backbone combined with our industry standard Inconel all-welded sensor provides a packaged solution compatible with the most corrosive process environments. Interface is provided through the ODVA compliant Device Net communication protocol. The DMA family produces a high resolution digital output, plus the analog equivalent signal, offering accurate, reliable, and repeatable pressure measurement for Full Scale output ranges from 0.1 to 1000 Torr (Ambient temperature) and 0.05 to 1000 Torr (controlled to 80°C).
