Ideal Vacuum Cube, 12x12 Vacuum Chamber Blank Plate Uncoated, No Flanged PortsQuick and Easy To Install, 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy These uncoated machinable Ideal Vacuum Cube 12x12 inch plates without flanged ports are designed to fit our 12x12x12 vacuum cubes (each cube require 6 plates). The lack of surface powdercoating, ports, obverse breadboard, and grips makes modifying and customizing these blank plates easy and guilt-free. Position your thru-holes, mounts, and custom ports anywhere your design requires. These blank plates are built with our patent pending taper seal technology which incorporates sloped sealing features to help prevent damage to the vacuum sealing surfaces. These Vacuum Cube plates are CNC milled from a single block of lightweight 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy. This is the sale of a Ideal Vacuum Cube 12x12 inch machinable blank plate only (other plates, frame, and hardware are required and sold separately). The 6x6x6 Cube reaches base pressure of 300 mTorr for the IDP-3 (2.1 cfm) in less than 1 minute of pumping, and 50 mTorr for Agilent Varian SH-110 (3.3 cfm) in around 2 minutes.
