Particulate traps remove particles that might enter the mechanical pump and contaminate the oil or process. Standard traps have 10-micron rate filters installed with lower micron ratings available. Filters can be cleaned and reused depending on the process. Standard filters are polyester. Fiberglass filters are optional. The coaxial two-piece design allows for easy cleaning and removal/replacement of the filter.
