The Ideal Vacuum Large Sectional Chamber system offers heavy-duty, high vacuum capable chamber volumes for customers who need bigger chambers up to walk-in size that can handle large payloads and processes. With selectable standard chamber sizes ranging from 36 × 36 × 36 in (1 × 1 × 1 m) to 72 × 72 × 216 in (2 × 2 × 6 m), the Sectional Chamber can be configured to handle a large range of applications. Our efficient chamber configurator tool enables our customers to quickly evaluate chamber options and costs to make confident, informed equipment decisions. Once chamber features are selected, our team will then collaborate with end users to generate and approve manufacture-ready drawings and begin production.

The Large Sectional Chamber series represents years of Ideal Vacuum's experience in designing, manufacturing, and delivering quality vacuum chamber systems to customers around the world. This chamber series features replacable sealing components, and easy door operation. The sectional chamber architecture allows sections to be added, removed, or re-ordered. Stands ranging from floor to bench height are available to position the chamber at easy working height.

Quality in Manufacturing

Each unique chamber is carefully manufactured at our facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Beginning with plates precision cut and surface finished to industry-leading specifications, our team adds the specified ports, flanges, and other chamber options. The fabrication and welding process is followed by thorough cleaning, inspection, and testing to validate chamber performance.

Installation

Chamber sections are fabricated and assembled at the Ideal Vacuum manufacturing facility for testing and inspection. When required, chambers are then broken down into sections for shipping to customer sites. This allows Ideal Vacuum to construct and deliver large chambers using cost efficient standard LTL freight shipping in most situations. Once onsite, our simple and well-documented assembly procedure enables customers to easily position and assemble chambers. With easy access lifting points and an optional pallet jack moving attachment, even our largest chamber sections may be aligned and installed using readily available lifting equipment.

A robust vacuum system starts with a great chamber, but needs to be supported with the right pumps, hardware, gauges, and controls to achieve results. For customers who aren't looking to build a system from scratch, the Sectional Chamber series can be coupled with Ideal Vacuum's signature ExploraVac control system technology. Our team can work with end users to fully option and integrate vacuum pumps, system lines, valves, and gauges with our ExploraVac Unlimited system architecture. Coupled with the capable AutoExplor system control, recipe execution, and system logging software, your sectional chamber can be delivered as a powerful turnkey system, ready to run on arrival.
