Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 Vacuum Chamber Plate With One Conflat CF 3.375 in. Port Uncoated for Bakeout. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH COPPER GASKETS. USE ONLY WITH VITON CF GASKETS! This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 inch plate with one CF 3.375" centered Conflat port. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring. This Conflat CF ported plate has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. This plate’s Conflat port requires eight (8) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012250). The CF port is not compatible with metal gaskets. Use only Viton seals (P104342). Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10-7 Torr.
