Crank Pin Needle Bearing for Agilent Varian Triscroll 600 Orbiting Scroll, 8x12x15 mm.

These needle bearings, 8x12x15mm, are used on the TriScroll 600 crank pins that hold the orbiting scroll in place. They are a direct replacement for Agilent Varian part number 330024 and meet or exceed OEM specifications.

These needle bearings are prepacked with Krytox PFPE vacuum grease and ready to install. Each TriScroll 600 dry scroll vacuum pump requires 3 each and these bearings are also included in the major maintenance kit, Agilent Varian part number PTSS0600MK (sold separately). TriScroll 600 series pumps are designed to provide years of trouble-free service if maintenance procedures and intervals are observed. Bearing grease replenishment and tip seal replacement are recommended when the pump base pressure has risen to an unacceptably high level for your application. Bearings, rotary seals and O-rings should also be replaced if the pump exhibits humming or grinding noises from the bearings. Main bearing life may be shortened if your application requires the pumping of high quantities of water vapor. Use of the bearing purge (P108440) will keep this water from impacting bearing life.
