This is a manually operated 180° in-line Ideal Vacuum Super-Seal bellows valve with Conflat CF 1.33" (1-1/3") flanges on the inlet and outlet ports. Conflat flanged Super-Seal valves have rotatable flanges for optimal connectivity to vacuum lines. This valve is rated for high-vacuum use (10-8 Torr) and can be used up to the 60-80 psig positive pressure range. These Super-Seal valves have a leak rate of 10-9 Torr l/s (He). All high-vacuum rated Super-Seal valves use 304L stainless steel for the valve body and mechanism, and Viton® bonnet and poppet seal O-rings. VAT ISO-F 80 Rebuilt Pneumatic Gate Valve, 3.0 inch ID (DN80), Viton Gate and Viton Bonnet Seals, With Solenoid, M8 x 1.25 bolts, Reed Switch Position Indicator, Stainless Steel BodyVAT Part No. 09138-PE44 In the simplest of terms, VAT pnematic vacuum gate valves are devices that regulate the flow of gases, fluids or materials through a structure or aperture by opening, closing or obstructing a port or passageway. Gate valve assemblies consist of three key components: an actuator, a carriage/gate and a valve body. The actuator provides the power to position or transport the valve’s carriage/gate. The actuator is attached to the valve’s body via a rectangular bonnet flange. The gate closes or opens one of the valve’s body ports. The valve body is a vacuum tight chamber that is screwed, flanged or welded into a larger vacuum vessel or system. The VAT 91 Series Pneumatic Gate Valves feature a wedge shape gate design. The gate seal is pressed against the sealing surface by means of a pneumatic actuator. Shock and vibration are reduced to a minimum by a unique air cylinder design. This feature is extremely beneficial for demanding pump isolation applications, especially those with high levels of process byproduct in the gas stream The VAT stainless steel body offers one of the smallest interior surface areas in the vacuum valve industry. The body and all major internal components are vacuum furnace brazed at 1100°C, at 1x10-6 Torr, ensuring maximum joint integrity. This eliminates the possibility of virtual leaks or entrapment areas and minimizes body distortion found in conventionally welded valves. Position indicator wires are connected via the pneumatic actuator. They are simple contact switches that allow valve position to be confirmed through high or low conductance. These are low power contacts, for example, typical application would be 20 mA max at 120 VAC. This rebuilt gate valve comes equipped with a solenoid. PN: 153-0016K These Brand New MKS Instruments KF16 Bellows Angle SERIES 150 Valves are designed to insure product quality, reliability and value. These function reliably in applications ranging from semiconductor manufacturing to plasma physics research to nuclear accelerators. These angle valves are primarily for vacuum processes. Sometimes the valves encounter pressures above atmospheric in gas handling, or in backfilled systems. These MKS Instruments valves may be used over the pressure range from atmosphere to below 10-9 Torr. The bellows design and closing force provide reliable operation to the maximum pressures stated. A single acting cylinder opens the pneumatic valves up through the 3 inch size. When the cylinder is vented, a strong spring closes the valve. The spring within the bellows acts directly upon the nose-piece. Upon failure of the electric control voltage to the solenoid coil or upon failure of the pneumatic supply, the valve fails closed. Valves in the 4 inch size are available either with (V-100 series) or without (150 series) a closing spring, and 6 inch valves are only available without a closing spring. Valves without a closing spring have double acting cylinders. In all sizes the pneumatic cylinder is lubricated adequately for the service life of the valve. Solenoid Valves are reliable, small, and consistent with needed conductance. Solenoid coils are available for use with a wide range of voltages and frequencies; this MKS Instruments Electromagnetic Valve comes with a solenoid voltage and frequency of 120V/50-60 (Part Number: 153-0016K-120V/50-60). Many accessories can be attached through the pneumatic connection port. Another feature of the solenoid control valve is the threaded vent port that can accept an exhaust fitting. This is crucial in applications where it is not allowable to vent waste air into the room, for example in cleanrooms.

The valve for sale here is a KF16 right angle valve that is made to operate at 100-115VAC. These solenoid right angle valves were specially developed for use with rotary vane, dry scroll, semiconductor, and roots blower packages which are not equipped with a built-in anti-suckback valve. The SECUVAC safety valve protects the vacuum system against unplanned venting via the backing pump in case of a power failure and it ensures that the vacuum system remains sealed until the backing pump, after it has restarted, has evacuated the connecting lines. Immediate closing action upon power failure. Opening action only after the in-take line has been evacuated. This valve is designed to operate down to 10-9 mbar / 7.7 x 10-10 Torr and up to a pressure of 2100 mbar / 1575 Torr (30psi). The valve is made of aluminum with FPM (KFM) Gaskets.
