Ideal Vacuum Delta-P Anti-Suckback System Protection Valve with NW KF-16 Flanges, 110VAC, 60 Hz Solenoid. The Delta-P Valve (DPV) is an important component of any rough or high vacuum system. The DPV provides anti-suckback and vacuum system isolation from the mechanical backing pump during a power outage. It prevents backstreaming and the migration of contaminants (e.g., rotary pump oil or scroll pump tip seal particles) into the vacuum system. It also protects a high vacuum pump from damage. O-Ring Seal Replacement Kit, Viton, for all Delta-P System Isolation Protection Valves This O-ring kit replaces all three O-rings in any Ideal Vacuum Delta-P System Isolation Protection Valve. The two larger O-rings replace the flange end seals, the smaller O-ring replaces the actuator cup seal. All three O-rings are made of Viton for maximum vacuum system compatibility. All three O-rings should be replaced if any one of them requires replacement. The flange end O-rings should be lubricated with vacuum grease prior to reassembly of the Valve. The actuator cup O-ring should not be greased. The Delta-P Valve should be tested after O-ring replacement and Valve reassembly to ensure proper function. Flange End for Ideal Delta-P System Isolation Protection Valve, NW KF-40 Flange Fits all Ideal Vacuum Delta-P Valves, KF-40 This is a KF-40 Flange End Replacement Kit for the Delta-P™ System Isolation Valve. This kit includes a new Viton® O-ring and 6 stainless steel, hex socket, flat head screws. This flange end, machined out of solid 6061-T6 aluminum, fits either side of the Delta-P Valve. Use it to replace a damaged one, to match ports on a mechanical pump with a different flange size, or to eliminate a flange adapter when connecting the Delta-P inlet flange to your vacuum system line. We offer Delta-P Valve Flange End Replacement Kits in five (5) sizes: KF-10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, and KF-50.
