The mains input is protected by two fuses. In connection with the TURBO.DRIVE S the following turbomolecular pumps may be operated: TW 70H, TW 250S, TW 220/150, TW 220/150/15, TW 300, TW 300H, SL-80 and SL-300. The TURBO.POWER 300 can be set up on the benchtop. After having unscrewed the feet, the unit may be installed in electrical cabinets, for example. Leybold TurboVac SL300 Purge Vent Valve, 12 sccm, Unit 115 VAC. Part No: 800152V0041 These Leybold SL300 purge and vent valve has a 12 sccm flow rate and the valve may be either connected directly or using a M8 – DN16KF adapter. The Leybold SL300 turbo pumps are equipped with a purge and venting gas connection which has been blanked off as a standard with a M8 closure screw. When the controller is switched off and during power failure the venting valve vents the pump and the foreline and thus keeps oil vapor from diffusing back from the rough pump. A choke nozzle in the vent port ensures that the pump is not vented too fast. The TURBOVAC SL pumps are suitable for pumping air and clean gases. If reactive gases in low concentrations must be pumped operate the turbo pump with purge gas. For venting and as the purge gas we recommend inert gases like nitrogen or argon. The temperature of these gases should be between 5° C and 80° C , max. relative humidity should not exceed 10 ppm. Consider the additional purge gas flow when selecting a suitable backing pump. Inlet Flange Bench Top Model PN: 501592V09200000 (No Roughing Pump) This NEW Leybold TURBOLAB 250i benchtop vacuum pumping system comes with an CF100 CF 6 in. Inlet Flange and is a Full-Featured system at a basic system cost (WITH NO ROUGHING PUMP). The TURBOLAB 250i benchtop systems include a TURBOVAC 250i turbo pump, the TurboLab Pump System and frequency converter.
