This Edwards nEXT300D turbo pump package deal with Conflat 6.0 inch inlet flange includes an Edwards nXDS10i dry scroll roughing pump. Edwards nEXT300D turbo pumps with a DN100 CF, Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange have a pumping of 300 l/s and an ultimate pressure of 5 x 10
-10 mbar (3.7 x 10
-10 Torr). Included are a TAG (turbo & active gauge) controller with large LED display to show the pump's speed or vacuum pressure, along with its power supply and AC power cord, which can power the nEXT300D turbo pump and a vacuum gauge. This package also includes a forced air-cooling kit to keep the turbo pump running cool. The fan is mounted radially, plugs into the pump's accessory port, and is powered by the pump. This turbo pump package deal does not include the roughing pump, roughing lines, vacuum chamber, pressure measurement gauges, or vent valves. Some upgrades might include: a TIC controller and TIC relay box to provide better system automation & control, a water-cooling kit, and extension cables to extend the distance between the pump, power supply, and controller. Edwards nEXT300D turbomolecular high vacuum pumps with a a DN100 CF, Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange have a pumping speed of 300 liters per second (l/s) and an ultimate pressure of 5 x 10
-10 mbar (3.7 x 10
-10 Torr). This nEXT300D pump has an ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange. Optional inlet screens (coarse or fine) are available. The nEXT300D series turbo pumps require 24 to 48 VDC input power at a maximum of 200 Watts (normal operation is typically less than 160 Watts). A permanently attached DB15 combination power and control cable is standard on the pump. All nEXT300D turbo pumps have a compact onboard controller with RS232 and RS485 interfaces, five status LED's, and a 3-pin Phoenix connector socket to control either an air-cooling fan or solenoid vent valve. About the nXDS10i dry scroll roughing pump
This Edwards nXDS10i dry scroll roughing/backing pump has a pumping speed of 6.7 cfm (11.4 m3/hr), and an ultimate vacuum of 0.005 Torr (0.007 mbar). It has KF-25 (NW25) inlet and outlet ports. It requires 100-240 VAC single phase power and has a standard C14 power connector. The nXDS10i draws 10A@120VAC (6A@240 VAC). The nXDS10i scroll pump produces a noise level up to twenty times less than competing products at 52 dB(A). The pump has an onboard inverter controller which allows the pump to be controlled either manually with easy to use push buttons, or remotely via its RS232/RS485 interface when connected to an Edwards TIC or TAG controller, or a user supplied software interface. About the TAG (turbo and active gauge) controller
The Edwards TAG (turbo & active gauge) controller comes with a 200-Watt external power supply and 2 meter long 115 VAC US power cord (5-15P to C13 connectors). The TAG is a small low-cost 24 VDC pumping system controller, is ideal for use on benchtops or mobile platforms where space is limited, and is suitable for a wide range of vacuum applications. The TAG provides a serial interface for displaying the turbo pump's speed, can power the nEXT85D, nEXT240D, nEXT300D, or nEXT400D turbo pumps, and can control an Edwards APG, AIM, ASG, or WRG vacuum gauge. The TAG's push button interface allows the user to easily switch between pump speed or vacuum pressure, shown on the large LED display. About the ACX radial forced air-cooling kit
This Edwards ACX radial air cooling fan unit is used on nEXT240D, 300D, and 400D series turbo pumps and provides air flow perpendicular to the pump. It operates on 24 VDC. It has an attached 0.25 meter long cable, terminated with a Phoenix plug which is connected directly into the pump's Phoenix connector socket. This kit includes screws for attaching the fan's 90 degree mounting bracket to the bottom of the pump. This ACX radial air cooling fan kit has Edwards part number B58053175.
