The compact size allows flexible installation in any orientation, while the locking SHV highvoltage connector ensures safety and positive electrical contact. A precisely designed magnetic field constrains ionized gas molecules for accurate pressure measurement, so emission of stray electrons and photons is minimized. The IMG-100 is easily interfaced with Varian's XGS-600 gauge controller for integration into a variety of vacuum systems, or for use as a stand-alone pressure measurement tool.
