The Pfeiffer OmniControl 300 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate Pfeiffer HiPace 300, HiPace 350, and HiPace 450 turbo pumps that have the integrated TC 400 drive unit. The OmniControl 300 supplies 24 VDC at a maximum of 300 Watts to the TC 400 electronic drive unit which then powers the pump. Separate power and communication interface cables (sold separately) are needed to connect the OmniControl 300 and the TC 400 drive unit. The required power cable is part number P103408. The communication cable is part number P102287. Input power to the OmniControl 300 is 115/230 VAC and a standard C14 rear-mounted socket is provided for mains power entry (power cord not included, part number P103361). This OmniControl 300 turbo pump display control unit and power supply has Pfeiffer part number PE D60 100 0. The OmniControl 300 can control all the main parameters of the turbo pump via the 3 meter long RS485 interface cable (part number P1012287). Pfeiffer TC 400 Electronic Drive Unit for HiPace Turbo Pumps 300, 350, 450, 700, 800. Pfeiffer Part Number: PM C01 800 A. The TC 4000 electronic drive unit operates larger Pfeiffer turbo pumps and their accessories. It’s purpose is to drive, monitor and control the pump. The TC 400 is designed to work with Pfeiffer HiPace 300, 350, 450, 700, and 800 turbo pumps. It requires 24 or 48 VDC input power, normally supplied by a Pfeiffer OmniControl 300 or 400 controller through a power connection cable (part number P103408, sold separately). The TC 400 drive unit supplies power to the pump, has an RS485 communication port, and two M12 ports for connecting optional accessories such as a forced air-cooling kit, a solenoid vent valve, and/or a sealing gas valve. This unit replaces a damaged drive unit, or is required for pumps that do not include a drive unit. The TCU 400 electronic drive unit has Pfeiffer part number PM C01 800 A.

This relay box can operate any single phase backing pump that has a starting current of up to 20A (the maximum relay contact load). This shielded Pfeiffer sealing gas valve (purge valve) for HiPace 300, 300C (chemical resistannt), 350, and 450 turbo pumps with a TC 400 drive unit screws into the G 1/8" (BSPP) sealing gas port of the pump (sealing ring and filter included). It prevents the ingress of damaging substances, such as corrosive materials into the motor and bearing area of the pump. The use of this sealing gas valve also ensures proper rotor cooling and protects the pump from being damaged by high gas throughput (> 50 % of the pump’s maximum). Pfeiffer HiPace 300 300H 300C Turbo Pump Maintenance Replacement Oil Fluid Reservoir Kit Lubricates Mechanical Bearing. Pfeiffer Part Number: PM 143 451 AT. This Pfeiffer HiPace 300, 300H, and 300C turbo pump oil fluid reservoir kit is used when performing Level 1 maintenance on the pump. The oil fluid reservoir lubricates the mechanical bearing at the bottom of the pump and keeps the pump operating at peak efficiency. This kit includes the oil fluid lubricant impregnated felt reservoir, O-ring and other required seals. The reservoir comes pre-filled with the proper amount of oil. Additional lubricant is not required. The oil fluid reservoir kit should be replaced at a minimum of every 4 years - more frequently if the pump is used under extreme operating conditions, or if the pump is exposed to unclean processes. This Pfeiffer oil fluid reservoir kit has part number PM 143 451 AT. Directions for replacing the oil fluid reservoir are located in the pump’s instruction manual, available in the downloads.
