Pfeiffer HiPace 300H High-Performance Turbo Pump Conflat CF 6.0 In. Inlet and HiScroll 12 Roughing Dry Scroll Pump Package Deal with TC 110 Drive Unit OmniControl 200 and Water Cooling Kit

This Pfeiffer HiPace 300H turbo pump package deal with DN100 CF Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange includes a Pfeiffer HiScroll 12 dry scroll roughing pump. The HiPace 300H has a pumping speed of 260 liters per second (l/s) and an ultimate pressure of 3.5 x 10^-10 Torr. This high performance pump features particularly high compression, especially for light gases and has a water cooling unit pre-installed. The pump has an integrated TC 110 electronic pump drive unit. This package includes an OmniControl 200 display control unit and power supply with large LED display (includes AC power cable). The OmniControl 200 powers, communicates with, and controls the pump through an included 3 meter long controller connection cable (part number P103335) with incorporated M8 ports for accessories and an M12 connector for connecting the included RS485 communications cable (part number P1012287). To protect the pump from debris, a splinter guard with fine mesh (0.8 mm) screen is also part of this package. This turbo pump package deal includes a roughing pump, but does not include roughing lines, vacuum chamber, pressure measurement gauges, or valves. Some upgrades might include: an air cooling kit, solenoid venting or sealing gas purge valves. All these items are available and sold separately by Ideal Vacuum.

About the HiPace 300H turbo pump with Conflat CF 6.0" flange
Pfeiffer HiPace 300H high-performance turbomolecular high-vacuum pumps with a DN100 CF Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange and KF-16 outlet flange have a pumping speed of 260 liters per second (l/s) and an ultimate pressure of 3.5 x 10^-10 Torr. The HiPace 300H is a high performance pump which features particularly high compression, especially for light gases. The pump can be mounted in any orientation. 24 VDC input power at a maximum of 180 Watts is required. This Pfeiffer HiPace 300H pump comes with an integrated TC 110 drive unit side-mounted to the pump, which has a single X3 (15-pin D-Sub) connector for supplying pump power, RS485 communications and M8 accessory ports (to control an air-cooling fan or solenoid valve). An optional flange heater band (part number P1010612) may also be used with this pump. This HiPace 300H high-performance turbo pump with CF 6.0" inlet and TC 110 drive unit comes standard with a water cooling kit and has Pfeiffer part number: PM P05 541 C.

About the HiScroll 12 dry scroll roughing pump
This Pfeiffer HiScroll 12 dry scroll roughing/backing pump has a pumping speed of 7.1 cfm (12.1 m³/hr), and an ultimate vacuum of 6.75 x 10^-3 Torr (9 x 10^-3 mbar). It has KF-25 (NW25) inlet and outlet ports. Input of 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single phase power is required and and the pump has a standard C14 input power connector. The HiScroll 12 pump draws 8A@120VAC (4A@240 VAC) and is extremely quiet at 47 dB(A). This HiScroll pump has internal motor protection and an integrated two-stage gas ballast which allows for pumping of condensable vapours including water, solvents, dilute acids and bases. Maximum dry air or inert gas ballast pressure is 21.7 psi (1500 hPa).

About the OmniControl 200 drive control unit
The Pfeiffer OmniControl 200 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate Pfeiffer HiPace 80 and HiPace 300H turbo pumps that have the integrated TC110 drive unit. The OmniControl 200 supplies 24 VDC at a maximum of 200 Watts to the TC 110 electronic drive unit which then powers the pump. The required connection cable between the OmniControl 200 and TC 110 is included. The connection cable not only supplies power to the pump it also has M8 ports for connecting the included radial forced air cooling fan unit, and/or a sealing gas valve. Input power to the OmniControl 200 is 115/230 VAC and a standard 115 VAC power cable is included. This OmniControl 200 turbo pump display control unit and power supply has Pfeiffer part number PE D50 100 0.

About the water cooling unit
The water cooling unit is pre-installed and attaches to the side of the pump with two banjo bolts. This water cooling block has push-fit connectors for the supply and discharge hoses (8mm OD plastic hose). The hose connections may be unscrewed and removed to make use of the integrated G 1/8” threads. This water cooling unit has Pfeiffer part number PM 016 624-T.
